Comparing experiment runs

You can compare two or more experiment runs by selecting them on the “Experiments List” page, and clicking the “Compare Runs” button at the top of the page (see below). Note: you can select experiments across pipelines for comparison (e.g., you may want to compare runs of an XGBoost pipeline with that of a Neural Network)

This opens a confirmation dialog box. When you click “Submit”, the “Compare Runs” page is displayed (see below)

This page displays the same details as the Experiment Run Details page, for each of the runs selected.

You can write notes in the “Notes” text area against each experiment, and then click the “Export to PDF” button to export the entire comparison (including notes) to a PDF file. This is useful for documentation purposes, as well as sharing with team members or clients.
